Seared Salmon Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients
Sauce
30 ml (2 tbsp) butter
400 g (14,11 oz) PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper & Garlic Pasta Sauce
250 ml (1 cup) white wine
250 ml (1 cup) cream, fresh
4 basil leaves, fresh, shredded
10 ml (2 tsp) sugar
Seared Salmon
6 salmon fillets
30 ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Sauce
In a saucepan, add the PEPPADEW® Piquanté Pepper & Garlic Pasta Sauce, white wine, fresh cream and shredded basil leaves
Bring the sauce to a boil then add the sugar and stir well
Add the sauce to the 500g cooked Spaghetti and set aside until needed.
Seared Salmon
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper
In a pan, fry the salmon fillets on both sides for 2- 3 minutes for a medium cooked fish
To serve.
Gently heat through the spaghetti and sauce if necessary.
Serve the seared salmon fillets on top of the spaghetti
