Green Pepper & Garlic Lamb Taco Recipe

Ingredients
30 ml (2 tbsp) Olive Oil
500 g (17.63 oz) lamb mincemeat
80 g (2.82 oz) onion, diced
30 ml (2 tbsp) BBQ spice
15 ml (1 tbsp) Dry mixed herbs
400 g (14.10 0z) Elbow pasta, cooked
80 g (2.82 oz) Cheddar cheese
30 ml (2 tbsp) Coriander, freshly chopped
80 g (2.82 oz) Green pepper, diced
400 g PEPPADEW® Green Pepper and Garlic Pasta Sauce
100 g (1/2 punnet) Cherry tomatoes, quartered
12 Taco Shells

Method
In a pan heat the oil and sauté the onions
Add the lamb mince and brown
Add the spice and herbs, mix in well
In a bowl add the Elbow pasta, mince and onions, green pepper, parsley and the PEPPADEW® Green Pepper and Garlic pasta sauce
Mix all the ingredients well and fill the taco shells.
Top each shell with the cheese, coriander and cherry tomatoes
