Chicken Powerbowl Recipe

Ingredients
400g Grilled Chicken breast sliced
200g Avocado slices
200g PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers Whole
100g Charred Corn
4 Tbsp Coriander fresh
80g Edamame bean
1 Lime, juice
160g Bulgur wheat, cooked
160g Yellow split lentils, cooked
40g Red onion slices
Salt and pepper

Method
In a bowl combine the bulgur wheat and lentils together
Arrange the rest of the ingredients over the Bulgur wheat and lentils
Squeeze the lime juice lightly over and season
Serve immediately
