Black Pepper & Parmesan Cracker Recipe

Ingredients
1 ¼ cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
60g PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers diced
1 tbsp black pepper
120g butter
Pinch cayenne
100g parmesan

Method
Add the flour, baking powder, black pepper and cayenne together in a bowl
In a mixer add the butter and cheese, combine well
Add the flour mixture a little at a time until well combined
Knead the mixture until and smooth dough is formed
Wrap in cling film and allow to rest in the fridge for 1 hour
Remove roll in to desired shape, round or square
Cute slices and place on a greased baking tray
Bake at 180 ‘ c for 15 – 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving on the cheese board
