Beetroot with Goats Cheese Terrine Recipe

Ingredients
2 – 3 cups beetroot, cooked and thinly sliced
200g goats cheese
250g cream cheese – herbed
2 cups PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers whole

Method
Cling wrap a loaf tin or terrine mould of choice
In a bowl mix the goats cheese and cream cheese together
Layer the mould with beetroot, followed by the goats cheese mixture then PEPPADEW® Mild Piquanté Peppers whole, repeat the steps until the top of the mould is reached.
Wrap the mould in cling wrap and refrigerate over night to allow to set
Remove from the mould and slice up to serve to guests with a crunchy greens
Try This
Add a layer of flat leaf Parsley or rocket to the terrine, this will enhance flavour of the terrine and add more colour
