Antipasti Platter Recipe

Ingredients
10 PEPPADEW® whole Jalapeños
150g (5.3 oz.) Assorted cold meats, such as salami, chorizo, Serrano ham
100g (3.5 oz.) Buffalo bocconcini’s
80g (2.8 oz.) Parmesan cheese, cut into wedges
100g (3.5 oz.) Sundried Tomatoes
100g (3.5 oz.) Olives
Hummus
Tzatziki
Taramasalata
Crostini’s

Crostini Ingredients
1 French baguette, sliced on an angle into 1cm slices
1 garlic clove
45ml olive oil
5ml mixed dried herbs
Salt and milled black pepper
Method
For a Mediterranean-style starter, light lunch or party platter choose a selection of the suggested ingredients and arrange on a platter. To make the crostini’s, arrange the bread slices onto a baking sheet. Cut the garlic clove in half and gently rub over each slice of bread. Mix the oil, herbs, salt and pepper together and brush over the bread. Turn the slices of bread over and brush each slice with the mixture. Bake, in a preheated oven at 190°C for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve warm or at room temperature, or slice into bread sticks.
